• A billion-dollar health care company wanted to understand how they could better serve their customers. The problem was, they did not have the resources to be able to do further data analysis on their own customer databases that would help them understand their customers better. Within 5 months, we were able to bring in one of the world's top data experts to deliver a data analysis report using their information to show customer demographics and sales trends in a way that enabled them to better understand, serve and sell to their customers.

• A Fortune 500 company wanted to increase their marketing & sales to the small business marketplace. The problem was making sure that the value they offered resonated with what small business owners wanted to buy. In 6 months, we helped them understand the buying trends of the small business marketplace and developed a conference (defined the messaging, break-out session topics and recruited the speakers) targeting small business owners. The results were that thousands of small business owners signed up to participate in the online conference, many of them becoming buyers.

• An IT company in Texas wanted to do business in California. The problem was that they did not have any connections in California. The type of access they needed typically takes “years” of doing business in the state. Within 2 months, we had created a “consortium” of local, California-based companies that included the out-of-state company.  They are now working in collaboration with one another on new business opportunities, including work with the Los Angeles Mayor’s office. We are currently reviewing participation on a $5B contract in LA.
